I had a question about a particular breaker.they don't answer there phone.I left a message never got a call back.I had to get the breaker quickly so I paid an extra $70 for faster shipping. When I received it it was missing 3 lugs.I called and someone actually answered the phone.The woman that answered wasn't sure why there was missing lugs and told me to email customer service.Never received a response.I tried to purchase the missing lugs on the site but there out of stock and now I'm wasting time trying to find them.
I got the breakers I ordered quickly.

I reviewed your tracking and it looks like we shipped right away but there's a 2 day gap in the tracking when the package landed in Florida. This could be an anomaly related to a back up with your local shipping hub. Just in case, please note that the shipping estimates are business days and don't include weekends.

I ordered incorrect breaker. Customer service responded to my email with instructions on how to return the breaker.
I received the items that I ordered. No complaints there. However, I mistakenly ordered the wrong tandem breakers. I needed the old style, push on type, not the hook kind. I was going to return them and order the correct ones, until I read your return policy. Paying a 20% restocking fee, plus shipping, made it not worth it. Shame on me for not reviewing your policy before ordering.
