First shipment got lost in the mail so I never received it. I called and they took care of it immediately and sent me a new shipment.

Have purchased on their website based on my commercial project, few breakers and they sent out wrong one and they did not to take it back and after the conversation over the phone, they decided to take them back. Send me the Refund slips and I sent it out to them and I have not received anything yet. It’s over $200 or close to $200. And there is no communication after that, so I would be very careful if I’m buying From this company !

Great timely delivery but the USPS dropped/ harshly handled the box and the 60 amp breaker is damaged from flopping around inside the box.
I'm sorry to see that! If you haven't already, please let the support team know and they'll get a replacement for you. The best way to reach them is to reply to your order confirmation email so they have all your information.
I placed an online order for my company. Shortly after placing, I needed to change the ship to address. I called the phone number on the site twice and nobody answered and it went to voicemail. I sent an email to the customer service email listed on the site and didn't get a response there either, even though it says that email is their preferred method of contact. The ship to address did end up getting changed and was delivered to the correct location, but no one let me know if was changed, so it was a nice surprise that it shipped correctly. It just would have been nice if someone would have let me know so I wasn't freaking out about it going to the wrong location. Communication is poor, but order was accurate.

This is great feedback. I reviewed on my end and you're right, the address change was processed correctly but there was no communication to let you know. I wouldn't expect this to happen again, we're usually very responsive. Please let us know if you have any other issues.

Sir/ma’am, I have not received the item as above. I have checked with my local carrier and he didn’t deliver it and talk to all my neighbors if it was inadvertently delivered to their homes. Can you please resend the order. Respectfully Joseph Solghan

Breaker is defective! Will not reset from tripped position!

I can see why you're a bit concerned here. If you look at the pigtail, it's definitely unused so I can confirm this breaker has never been installed.
That said, if you reach out to support, they can help you get a replacement or an extended warranty if that will help. I appreciate there are some cosmetic issues but I think it's very unlikely that you'll have any functional issues.
