Sent me used breakers. Box were all torn up and you can tell the breakers were used since had paint stains all over them.

Can you please send us a pictures of what you received? When I look up your order number, it looks like this order is 4 months old.

Either way, please send pictures to support and we can get this replaced if there was a mix up.

I've reviewed your email and my understanding is that the picture on this listing was incorrect (we've since updated it). I completely understand that some customers will select a breaker based on the picture alone and we make it a priority to have the best pictures possible on the site. However, given the extremely high number of options available, it's almost impossible for us to have exact pictures for every single model number and we advise customers to use the pictures as reference only. Ideally, the best way to confirm you've selected the right product is is by the part number and description/specifications of the part.

Im.not sure what happened, but for some reason, what I thought I ordered ended up being something that was incorrect. Now, they want me to pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Wouldn't but from this place again.
