No. My contractor told me it is defective. He had to buy another one. I wish to return the one I purchased and obtain a full refund.

Hi Ronald,

We see this a lot with four pole breakers and they're rarely actually defective. If you're having troubles with the handles engaging, there's a bit of a trick to it. Either way, you are covered by warranty so please reach out to support and they can help you troubleshoot your breaker or figure out a refund/replacement (I recommend replying to your order confirmation so they have all the details).
