I placed an online order for my company. Shortly after placing, I needed to change the ship to address. I called the phone number on the site twice and nobody answered and it went to voicemail. I sent an email to the customer service email listed on the site and didn't get a response there either, even though it says that email is their preferred method of contact. The ship to address did end up getting changed and was delivered to the correct location, but no one let me know if was changed, so it was a nice surprise that it shipped correctly. It just would have been nice if someone would have let me know so I wasn't freaking out about it going to the wrong location. Communication is poor, but order was accurate.

Have an old panel with difficult to find breakers. On every occasion I have dealt with the staff here thy have gone the extra mile to resolve my dilemma. Great service and prices that make me come back again. Excellent !

Good products, installed one last August 28. Unfortunately I have to return one back, bought too many. David is very welcoming and easy to talk to regarding the return. Will recommend to my friends the store.
