Bad service

Not only did they send the wrong product, it came late, and they didn't even know where it was when I called with the order number. It took them 7 days just to ship the wrong product. I recommend there competition now.

That's generally the best metric to look at when rating a company like ours on shipping speed. While the carriers are usually good, when they have the product it is unfortunatly out of our control.

I also don't see any communications with our support team around the product being incorrect. If you can send us a picture, I can help validate whether there was a mistake on our end if there was, I'm really sorry because we know how much a pain that is for you.
